Where is The Heavenly Touch?
The Heavenly Touch is a private wellness and skin studio based in Warrington, Cheshire, offering a calm welcoming environment away from the bustle of a traditional salon.

Is there parking?
Yes, complimentary parking is available, making your visit as convenient and stress free as possible.
When should I arrive?
There is no need to arrive early.
As a private studio, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Arriving at your scheduled time allows your experience to begin exactly as intended.
What should I wear?
Please wear what ever makes you feel comfortable.
For massage body treatments, you'll be given complete privacy to undress to your own comfort level and will remain professionally draped for your throughout your treatment.

Your treatment time is exactly that - your treatment time.
The duration shown when you book is the time dedicated to your chosen treatment. Your welcome, consultation and the little touches that sit around your experience are allowed for separately, so they don't eat into the time you've booked.
Please allow a little extra time for your experience - you'll never be rushed.
Choosing Your Treatment

If you're unsure which treatment is right for you, I'll happily guide you towards the experience that best suits your needs and goals.
Many clients choose our Bespoke Massage Ritual or Bespoke Facial Ritual, allowing your treatment to be tailored on the day.
Advanced Skin Treatments
Do I need a consultation?
Yes..
If you're a new to Advanced Skin at The Heavenly Touch, your skin journey begins with the Skin Discovery. This gives me time to understand your skin, concerns and what you'd like to achieve before deciding how best to move forward.
Your skin sets the pace, and I'll only recommend treatments that I feel are apprpriate for you.
Will I receive aftercare advice?
Absolutely.
we'll discuss your skin following your treatment, including aftercare, homecare and what I recommend as your next step.
There is never any pressure to commit to a course of treatments - we'll simply progress at a pace that feels right for your skin.
Bookings
How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be booked online or by contacting me directly.
If you're unsure of which treatment to choose, I'm always on hand to help.
Can i change or cancel my appointment?
I kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
This allows me the opportunity to offer your appointment to another client.
Gift Vouchers
Looking for a thoughtful gift?
Gift vouchers are available for monetary values or selected treatments and make the perfect gift for birthdays, anniversaries, celebrations or simply because someone deserves a little time to themselves.
