Service Description

An LED light device uses Light Emitting Diodes, a gentle light source that the skin absorbs to stimulate certain cells in the body. They are very gentle, but effective for certain conditions. The lights are at specific wavelengths to penetrate the skin, triggering an increase of natural collagen and blood circulation to the face and neck area. This will elevate the levels of oxygen and nutrients to these areas, removing any dead cells and waste from your skin. The increased circulation and collagen will result in plumper, firmer, more youthful looking skin. These devices do not use UV light, they use much safer types of light. Depending on which skin condition is being treated the colour of light used will vary; for example red light is used to stimulate collagen and infra-red for healing and reducing inflammation, blue is commonly used for acne to kill the bacteria. Sometimes more than one colour of light can be used to gain the best results from your treatment. Many people add a light therapy session at the end of facials and skin treatments to boost results, encourage healing or simply an added relaxation experience. There is no downtime required, it is fast and pain-free making it the perfect lunchtime treat so you can go straight back to work!

Cancellation Policy

TERMS AND CONDITIONS BOOKING POLICY: -All appointments under £30 require full payment. All appointments over £30 require a 50% booking fee at the time of booking appointments. This is required to secure your appointment slot. -We require 48 hours notice of cancelling appointments. -If appointments are cancelled within the 48 hour period your booking fee will be forfeited. -When appointments are cancelled within 12 hours of appointment the full price of appointment will be charged. -In cases of no show appointment's the booking fee will be forfeited and the remainder of the treatment price charged. -We require 48 hours notice to reschedule your appointment. -If appointments are rescheduled within the 48 hour period the booking fee will be forfeited. -Your payment details are taken at the time of booking and any moneys owed for late cancellation, no shows will automatically be taken from the payment card. ​ ​ ALL ABOUT YOU RITUAL: -Voucher is not exchangeable for cash and is non-refundable. -Bookings must be made by phone or email: 07761 797756 or theheavenlytouch@outlook.com quoting voucher's unique serial number -Voucher is valid throughout September 2019 weekdays only -If redeemed on a weekend full price will be charged -Vouchers are valid for the specified day's. Week days / Weekend. -Weekday vouchers can not be redeemed on a weekend, if they are redeemed on a weekend the full value price will be charged. -Weekend vouchers can not be redeemed on a weekday, if they are redeemed on a weekday the full Value price will be charged. -Vouchers can only be redeemed within the specified time frame. ​ ​ Terms and Conditions for all vouchers: -Vouchers are for one use only and subject to availability. -You must phone or email the merchant in advance of your intention to use or redeem your voucher and quote the unique voucher number at the time of making the initial booking. -Voucher is not exchangeable for cash and is non-refundable. -The voucher's expiry date is shown on the front of the voucher. The voucher is valid up to and including the expiry date. -Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded. -To use the voucher, the voucher holder should provide a printed PDF of the voucher including the voucher's unique serial number. Each voucher can only be used once. Voucher Specific Terms: -Each voucher has specific terms associated with the voucher, which will be presented to you before you commit to purchase the particular voucher. Specific terms supersede terms in this Agreement, except to the extent such terms are prohibited by applicable law. Delivery of Vouchers: -Vouchers are issued by email to the address specified at time of purchase and can be sent to either the purchaser or to the gift recipient, subject to the purchaser's preference. -It is the responsibility of the purchaser to correctly address vouchers. Robo Voucher is not liable or responsible for any loss suffered as a result of a voucher via email being blocked by filters or firewalls, or where the incorrect email address has been entered by the purchaser. Making a booking with a voucher: You must phone or email the merchant in advance of your intention to use or redeem your voucher and quote the unique voucher number at the time of making the initial booking. Refunds and Cancellations: Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, either fully or in part for cash of any amount. Risk of loss: The Merchant is not responsible for vouchers lost, stolen, destroyed or used without purchaser's permission. Risk of loss passes to voucher purchaser upon electronic transmission of the voucher to the designated recipient. Fraud: The Merchant reserves right to cancel issued vouchers, close user accounts, and / or request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained voucher is redeemed or used to make purchases. ​
